THE JANAKI C.S. RAMACHANDRAN TRUST has started planning for a range of activities. They include the following:

• Activities related to Culture, especially drama, fine arts and painting, as well as culinary art(since these were areas of special interst to Smt Janaki Ramachandran).
• Workshops for young artistes.
• Publication of books of spiritual interest
• Fund the education of needy girl children, particularly at a college in the field of science, especially in Physics (as Shri C.S. Ramachandran had specialized in Physics in his academic curriculum)
• Education of students of Veda patashalas in other subjects like mathematics and science (regular academic curriculum).
• Annadanam during the Giri Pradakshinam during Shivarathri at the Sri Kalahasti Temple (as Shri C.S. Ramachandran has been funding it since the year 1951 and is being continued in his name even today).
• Annadanam at Aananda Mahaganapati Temple at Umayalpuram (the native place of mother of CS Ramachandran and also that of Adayapalam Appaya Dikshadar)
• Set to music the Ashtotaram on Lord Rama
• Celebrate the Birth Centenary of Shri CS Ramachandran (in 2016)
• Website for the Trust to connect people with the activitis of the Trust
